Dr. Charles and the staff of Phoenix Veterinary Services have provided exemplary care for our pets!   She has helped our family navigate through the introduction of new puppy, wellness exams, vaccines for our puppy and cats, as well as a several unforeseen pet illnesses.  Knowing that she is just a phone call away is a true comfort.  Receiving care for our pets was also a breeze with no stressful car rides or long waits in a lobby.   Dr. Charles has been a true blessing to our family.
